Fantastic stay for family/solo traveller

Great location near KLIA 1 &2 , excellent staff and top-notch facilities. The housekeeping was on point and bathroom was clean . There was a lot food stalls nearby too . Overall , wonderful experience for families with young children. Will come again in future.

Upon arrival, I was impressed by the modern and sleek design of the hotel lobby. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, with the staff being welcoming and attentive to my needs.

Cleanest hotel room ever

I had an 11-hour layover in KL, and just needed a place to shower and sleep for a few hours. BRIX exceeded all of my expectations! They arranged all of my pick up/drop off transportation from/to the airport for a fair price, and the drivers were professional, punctual and friendly. (Shoutout to Vasanth!)

The room was spotless, quite possibly the cleanest room I’ve stepped into in Malaysia. AC worked great, bed was comfortable, room was spacious, windows even had a nice view of planes flying across a setting sun. The staff was excellent too, giving me excellent recs for restaurants for Grab delivery (although the hotel is in a great location, strip mall with many restaurants). I almost wish I had a longer layover so I can enjoy my room and the amenities (small gym, lots of areas to work/hangout) a little while longer! Will definitely book again if I ever have another layover in KL.

Perfect for layover

Chose the hotel for a night layover 5 hours before next flight and it is perfect. There is a convenience store nearby and nasi Kandar same block. Comfy beds and good shower. Though room is a bit small, but sufficient for its purpose. Water is available for refill at the corridor.

New Hotel

Newly opened and some parts still incomplete. However the staff were very pleasant and helpful. They stored our luggage while we traveled away for 3 days. The minibus transfer was prompt and new vehicle. The rooms are basic but clean & fresh. Located in small row of walkable little eateries- one with live music. Breakfast needs improvement as things running out but staff eager to sort things out.

My Second Stay

My second stay as my flight got delayed and I'm glad I stayed here again. It is conveniently located near the airport and their are dining options next door. As it is a new hotel, everything was super clean and the facilities were great along with the staff!
